Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (beats, sound kits, music licenses, and digital downloads), all sales are final once files are delivered, except in cases of technical error or product defect.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If you are unable to download or access the purchased files due to a technical issue on our end
  • Product Defect: If the purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice within 24 hours

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your software or equipment
  • Failure to read product descriptions or license terms before purchase
  • Use of the product in a way that violates the license terms

4. Refund Process

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a refund request, you may contact your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, credit card issuer) to initiate a dispute. However, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

6. License Revocation

If a refund is issued, your license to use the product is immediately revoked. You must delete all copies of the product from your devices and cease all use of the product.
