This Website is operated by Saahil Mixed Media LLC, a digital creative studio offering original beats, sound kits, music software, and digital products.

3. Products and Services

Saahil Mixed Media LLC offers digital products including:

• Original music beats and instrumentals
• MP3 licenses, WAV requests, and Exclusive requests
• Digital sound kits and samples
• Digital music software and tools

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

4. License-Based Usage

MP3 beat licenses are non-exclusive digital licenses. WAV and Exclusive requests are handled directly by inquiry; Exclusive licensing starts above $100. By purchasing an MP3 license, you agree to use the product only in accordance with the license summary shown at checkout and the full license document provided after purchase.

Resale or redistribution of delivered files is not allowed. Buyers must add Saahil to the appropriate 50% composition split for songs using Saahil's beat and provide registration details before release. The buyer owns the finished master recording they create, excluding the Beat itself; any master-recording participation for Saahil requires a separate signed agreement. The full MP3 license is accepted at checkout and provided after purchase.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use any products purchased from Saahil Mixed Media LLC for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Creating content that violates any laws or regulations
• Infringing on the rights of third parties
• Creating content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including beats, music, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Saahil Mixed Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
